Sauver notre ferme familiale pour ma fille (Achat en 1911)

Some of you know the story or one part. I will try to be brief…hopefully !

Today, the difference is I have been the owner of the family house with my brother since March 28th 2025…after 12 years in the name of my father who passed away in 2013 !

BIG step.

To motivate to donate and support Satine and me, to keep the house where my dad is born,

I suggest camp, or to spend the day at the farm but you are too far away…too bad for you!! BUT, so for those who will and may be interested, I offer a week (5 days) of French immersion in the south west of France between Bordeaux and Toulouse.

The French immersion will be one on one (your family can still come) with a personalized program in the morning (10 hours weekly), 2 restaurants, 2 visits of castles (other options are coming such as tasting wine, canoe kayaking, visit Bergerac, Agen or Cahors etc.) and 1 activity to choose (such as a training with “bijoux d”email”, zipline, mini golf) and 1 surprise.

ONLY between March and October 2026 maybe each year after 2026 !

The area is awesome during the spring and the summer with many festivals, castles to visit, medieval villages to explore, excellent food with famous wineries such as Monbazillac, Bergerac and Cahors.

I managed French tutoring online one on one for 3 years and I enjoyed very much preparing a unique program according to the demand of parents for teenagers or adults. YOU NEED TO BE ABLE TO HAVE A DISCUSSION AT LEAST IN FRENCH to come for the program …but no worries you will improve with the total French immersion your French I am here to help you to progress and spend a memorable time for you in France.

ALL is included for 1250 euros 5 days and 4 nights  (2 restaurants, 2 visits, 1 activity and 10 hours of French program for you) except the accommodation. You have few choices near here. I will share the websites with you. (between 375 euros and 650 euros the week)

The modest and old house is where my dad was born and my grand-ma’s father did buy the farm in 1911 and finished paying in 1918, see the pix with old documents I found here.

To keep for Satine the 5th generation is her wish. I will love too of course despite my dreams that it is too late to have an educational farm with animals, specially horses.

I made the choice to stay in the bay of San Francisco for 13 years to be near my daughter and not abandon her despite our separation.
